At Home Heavens, we ensure that every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our business, we follow a strict No Return Policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges

Once purchased, products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions
A return may be considered only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged during shipping.

The product received is incorrect (not matching the order placed).
3. Replacement or Refund Process

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, either a replacement or store credit will be provided—cash refunds are not available.

Follow the instructions for product inspection and resolution.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
