Refund Policy for Home Heavens HEAVENLY LIVING ENTERPRISES.

At Home Heavens, we ensure that every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our business, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • Once purchased, products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions

A return may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping.

  • There is a manufacturing defect that affects its usability.

  • The product received is incorrect (not matching the order placed).

3. Replacement or Refund Process

  • Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, either a replacement or store credit will be provided—cash refunds are not available.

4. How to Report an Issue

  • Contact Home Heavens Customer Support with proof of the issue (photos/videos).

  • Follow the instructions for product inspection and resolution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
